Also visit 2012 Rare Diseases Day, 2013 Rare Diseases Day   Rare Disease Day - February 4, 2014                     At Government Higher Secondary School, Kasangadu,  Thanjavur District, Tamil Nadu, 614 613, India  Organized by Foundation for Research on Rare  Diseases and Disorders, Rare Diseases India and  Government Higher Secondary School, Kasangadu.    Talk, discussion and audio visuals on the perils and hopes of rare diseases were arranged on the Rare Disease Day in an effort to sensitize students . A section of GHSS students on Rare Disease Day listening to the talk. Students of GHSS of Kasangadu participated enthusiastically on Rare Diseases day. Locally collected data were released, on Feb. 4, 2014 Rare Disease Day, by rare disease researcher Dr. Duraiswamy Navaneetham (right) and received by the headmaster of Kasangadu GHSS, Mr. Pandian (left).  fRRDD & RDI and GHSS, Kasangadu thank Mr. K. Manoharan for his general advice, technical expertise and enthusiastic participation.
